The People of Small Talk

Hi! I am Caroline Mallow, MS CCC-SLP. Having grown up in Southern Illinois, it is a pleasure to be able to serve this community doing what I love.

I graduated with my master's degree in Speech Language Pathology in 2020 from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale (GO SALUKIS). I have experience working with ages ranging from 2.5 - 90 years and above, but my passion is on the lower end, pediatrics! For the past 4 years, I have been working with kiddos to reach their speech and language potential.

I enjoy organizing play-based therapy sessions, consulting with families, and researching in the field of pediatric speech and language. Welcome to the Small Talk family!

Hello there! I am Delaney Johnson MS CCC-SLP. I am a southern Illinois native, however have lived throughout the entire state. I attended Murray State University in Kentucky (GO RACERS) and graduated with my master's in Speech Language Pathology in 2019. From there I spent several years building knowledge in the area of acute care adult rehab here in the southern Illinois hospital systems.

I then pursued my initial passion as an SLP, pediatrics.

My passions within the field include AAC, pediatric feeding disorders, and early language therapy. I look forward to meeting you and aiding in your child's communication.
