I told my son it was Labor Day and he said "Gross!".
Only the son of a woman who works with pregnant women would say that.
Last day of summer. School starts tomorrow. I know for those women who have babies there doesn't seem to be a demarcation of seasons anymore. Once you left school it all seemed to blend. Trust me, it will change. Now I can look forward to homework, lunches, sporting events, PTO, etc. I had to lie down today with anxiety, it was so overwhelming to think about.
By the way, my daughter, ROTU is now to be known as the "Fine Whine". As in: "I had a fine whine with dinner tonight." Only her whine isn't so fine. It's a little more rough.
That reminds me of something FW said one time. My other daughter, Diva D, has curly hair, so I have to spray it with "no more tangles" in the morning before I brush it. We were driving past the West Bay one morning and it was smooth as glass. FW said: "Look mom, the water is no more tangles!" Cute.
